The Yi-Tan Alumni List is a private list for people who have completed a Yi-Tan event. You will automatically receive an invitation to it at your first Yi-Tan event's conclusion.
Why this list, in addition to the open Yi-Tan List?
We think of our programs as small rites of passage. By participating in them, you become immersed in ideas and perspectives that you might want to practice with like-minded people. Besides face-to-face meetings, what better place than on a list devoted to this purpose?
This alumni list is free but private. As we mentioned above, you will receive an invitation to be on it upon completion of your first Yi-Tan program. Our feelings won?t be hurt if you don?t join. We understand: Our mailboxes are pretty full, too.
That said, we believe this simple list can become a reliable, long-term resource for people seeking to understand how the new economy is different from the old, and who want to do something active about it, not just study it. We hope this list will be the place you float new ideas, vet plans, ask dumb questions and make brilliant comments in a safer environment than an open list.
