    Decisions are emotional, yet we are stuck often only analyzing the most superficial numbers when attempting to sell. Brand Informatics is working on ways to measure and act on emotional impact. Its clients are among the largest and seemingly most conservative companies in the country.

    With the company's founder, Scott Magids, let's discuss: 

    • What if we could know our affect in a much more sophisticated fashion?
    • What could we do with the new information?
    • How are companies digesting these new insights?
    • Does this bring companies closer to their customers, or create distance?
