)We've had really interesting calls about Katrina and the Asian Tsunami. The H1N1 "swine flu" virus hasn't caused nearly as much damage, but it has certainly caused a big ruckus.
You can find many useful resources online, from the CDC's site and tweetstream to Wikipedia (of course), some intriguing maps and even a little humor (they've found patient zero).
Together, let's discuss:
- How alarmed should we be? What is the right tone to hit?
- What are users of social media doing to help or hinder?
- What does all this mean for society's resilience?
